A majority of Larry's business comes from past clients, personal referrals and Realtor referrals from the West side. Larry,a '73 UW School of Business graduate moved to Kittitas County in 1993. Before becoming a full time realtor he owned and operated Sugar Bear Trees near Fall City, established by homestead in the 1860's. SBT was a construction firm in addition to being a tree farm.

When she decided to buy a home she purchased a home built in 1925, located in the town of Roslyn. In addition to renovating the home in which she lives she has also participated in the renovation projects of other homes located in Easton and North Bend. With her experience she has learned a great deal about foundations, electrical, plumbing, siding and much more...
